Why I tune my man

I share my house with a man. My space. My rhythm. My bed. And because I want no drama — I tune him.

Not every woman wants a man in her house.
That’s valid. That’s clean.

But I live in a house with a man.
I share my space with him.
I share my rhythm with him.
I share my bed with him.

And because I want no drama — I tune him.

Not because he is weak.
Not because he needs fixing.
But because a man in a house untuned creates noise.
And I want music.

Men untuned scatter energy.
And I want flow.

Men untuned forget who they are.
And I want him placed.
I want him powerful. Directed. Complete.

This is not control.
This is not domination.

This is design.

This is why I tune my man.

Because a man in tune —
In rhythm —
In return —

Is a force of nature.

And a joy to keep.
